TP 100 WOOD CHIPPER

The TP 100 is a drum chipper with a vertical funnel, which falls into the Garden Series. It is a compact and effective wood chipper which is easy to manoeuvre around and which can handle branches of up to 100mm in diameter, typical of the sort of wood refuse from gardens and parks. Retraction and cutting material happens at the combination of the vertical chipper and the knives’ position on the drum in relation to the anvil. It is effective from 15 to 40 hp.

The TP 100 wood chipper comes standard with the following:

• Revolving ejector spout
• V-belt drive
• Two reversible knives
• Tool kit
• One anvil in Hardox 400

The chips from the Garden Series can vary in size from 5 to 20mm depending on the type of tree being cut. The end result is varied chips for laying as ground cover on beds or as layering on paths and walking areas. A 10 – 15cm layer of these chippings makes it almost impossible for weeds to grow through.

TP 130 WOOD CHIPPER

Wood chipper for tractor

The characteristic of the new wood chipper is the wish to optimize on price with compromising on quality. TP 130 has one hydraulic driven feed roller which is manufactured with tooth discs made from wear steel which gives a strong and aggressive infeed when the wood is fed through the feeder and directly to the knives. The chips that are produced are 8 mm long and very uniform as the wood is cut at an angle of 90 degrees.

In terms of safety the machine complies with current regulations in the EU. The wood chipper is equipped with an operation bar for controlling the feed roller. With the operation bar it is possible for the operator to start and stop as well as reverse of the feed roller.

TP 160 WOOD CHIPPER

This is a small, compact and effective wood chipper with hydraulic feeding for chipping branches of up to 150mm in diameter. The integrated hydraulics system controls the two horizontal rollers which ensure problem-free feeding. The TP 160 wood chipper is a disc chipper where the wood is cut at a 90° angle. The wood chipping is done with great efficiency and with a nice, uniform chip quality. Required power from 25 – 70 hp.

TP 200 WOOD CHIPPER

This is the most popular model of the TP wood-chippers. Functionality and flexibility have been crucial factors for many buyers. The TP200 wood chipper is a disc chipper with hydraulic feed, three knives and three anvils. It is simple, flexible and effective for wood chipping of branches and trees up to 200mm in diameter. The wood is fed into the machine by two hydraulically powered in feed rollers and cut at a 90° angle. Required power from 40 – 115 hp.

TP 250 WOOD CHIPPER

If you want large capacity, flexibility and a uniform chip quality from your wood chipper, then the TP 250 wood chipper is the answer. The TP 250 wood chipper is a disc chipper with hydraulic in feed. It is effective for cleaning up and chipping branches with a width of up to 250mm in diameter. The large rotor disc with three knives combined with three anvils, a 90° cutting angle, and two horizontal retract rollers, ensures effective chipping of everything from thin branches to trees. It requires power from 60 to 140 hp.

TP 230 WOOD CHIPPER

This is a strong wood chipper with a trailer coupling for chipping wood of up to 230mm in diameter. It is a disc chipper with an hydraulic feeding mechanism, with the funnel 90° to the side. The vertical in feed rollers and the cutting angle of 45° ensure that even the most crooked trunks are chipped evenly. Required power from 50 – 120 hp.

TP 270 WOOD CHIPPER

This is a disc chipper with hydraulic feeding and with the funnel at a 45° angle. It is a forceful and effective wood chipper for chipping wood of up to 270mm in diameter. The vertical in feed rollers and the cutting angle of 45° ensure a large capacity and effective feeding of tree trunks. The TP 270 wood chipper can be operated either manually or with a crane. Required power from 100 – 200 hp.

TP 280 WOOD CHIPPER

The TP 280 wood chipper is a strong and compact wood chipper that is optimal for professional forestry. The wood chipper is mounted on the tractors 3-point suspension and a dumper is mounted at the front of the tractor. The long ejector spout blows the chips over the tractor and directly into the dumper. Required power from 135 – 200 hp. To get the full benefit from the TP 280 wood chipper , it is necessary to have a tractor where the seat can be turned 180°. With the chipper parallel to the direction of traffic, the TP 280 wood chipper is the perfect solution for row felling or for clear-cutting with a high capacity of 50m³ p/hour. The TP 280 wood chipper comes standard with a Stress Control System type TP Pilot K, where the user can operate the wood chippers feeding system and at the same time monitors the RPM on the rotor and the in feed rollers. This machine can and should be operated with a crane.

TP 400 WOOD CHIPPER

The TP 400 wood chipper is the optimal wood chipper for production of chips in professional forestry. It has an integrated crane column and the funnel parallel with the direction of traffic. The wood chipper is mounted on the tractor’s 3-point suspension. The TP 400 wood chipper is for fast and effective chipping of wood with a capacity of up to 100m³ p/hour. Required power from 200 – 400 hp. The TP 400 wood chipper is service-friendly as the covers can be removed easily, the split rotor housing can be opened with an hydraulic pump so the knives can be accessed easily. The TP 400 wood chippercomes standard with a Stress control System type TP Pilot K where the user can operate the wood chippers feeding system and monitors the RPM on the rotor and the feed rollers as well as reading the current temperature of the hydraulic oil. This machine can and should be operated with a crane as the diameter of the trees can be up to 40cm (400mm).
